Searching for good recipes to make with my kids, both of them (separately of course, the age gap dictates utter lunacy otherwise), I came across this fab Christmas Cake on Downsizer.net.

I always leave making the the cake too late, and probably have done so this year too so it’ll probably have to be a nice Duchy Originals one instead.
